Privacy policy

Your data, your decision. This page explains what we process, why, and how to reach us about it.

1. Who is responsible

PC EN EN TRE AS (trading as PC 113 Studio)
Elias Smiths vei 25, 1337 Sandvika, Norway
Org.nr 931 033 840
Email: contact@pc113studio.no

2. Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data to run this website, answer your inquiries, prepare offers and send the newsletter to those who sign up for it. Legal bases under the GDPR: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in anonymous visit statistics, contract preparation (Art. 6(1)(b)) for inquiries and offers, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for the newsletter, legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) for bookkeeping and for keeping proof of your newsletter consent, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the site secure and answering general questions.

3. Hosting and security

The site is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd, Cyprus). When you open a page, Hostinger processes connection data: your IP address, time of access, requested address, browser and error data. This is needed to deliver the site and detect misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Pages are served over HTTPS. Fonts and media are served from this site, not from third-party servers.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies of its own. The booking window from Cal.com sets its own when you open it. Details are in the cookie notice.

5. Statistics

We count visits with Umami Cloud, without cookies and without storing your IP address or anything else that identifies you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Umami's servers are in the EU and the US; the data is kept for six months.

6. Contact, email and WhatsApp

When you send the contact form, we process your name, email, phone, company, website, the services you picked and your message. The form is delivered as an email to our inbox and stored nowhere else. When you write to us by email or WhatsApp we process your message and contact details in the same way. The purpose is to answer you and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Our email runs on Hostinger. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy. Email is always available as an alternative.

7. Newsletter

When you sign up for the newsletter, we process your email address, the language of the page you signed up on and the topics you chose. To be able to show that you agreed, we also keep the time and IP address of your sign-up and of your confirmation, and the text of the form you sent. The purpose is to send you the newsletter you asked for: at most one email a week, on your topics. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep the proof of consent because the GDPR requires us to be able to show it (Art. 7(1) and Art. 6(1)(c)). The proof is stored in the sign-up log on our server at Hostinger.

We send the newsletter with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France). Brevo processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and stores it in data centres in France and Belgium. Brevo counts how many people open each email and how often each link is clicked, as totals only. To count them, the email contains a small image and links that pass through Brevo. These counts are not linked to your email address or your IP address.

Signing up takes two steps: after you send the form, we send you one email, and you are on the list only once you click the button in it. If you don't confirm, we send nothing more and delete the sign-up within 30 days. Every newsletter has a link to change your topics and a link to leave. When you leave, we stop sending at once and keep your address marked as unsubscribed, so it is never added again by mistake. Ask us, and we delete it completely. We keep the proof of consent for up to three years after you leave, then delete it.

8. Booking a call

Bookings run through Cal.com. When you open the booking window, Cal.com processes your name, email and chosen time under Cal.com's privacy policy. The booking script loads only when you click "Book a free call".

9. Recipients

Your data is seen by the people at PC 113 Studio who handle your request, and by Hostinger (hosting and email), Brevo (newsletter), Cal.com (bookings) and Umami Cloud (counting visits on our behalf), as far as needed for that purpose. We pass data to authorities only when legally required.

10. Retention

We keep inquiry data as long as it takes to answer and, if a project follows, for the length of the contract. Documents subject to tax or accounting law are kept for the statutory period. Newsletter data is kept while you are subscribed. After you leave, we keep only your address marked as unsubscribed, until you ask us to delete it, and the proof of consent for up to three years (section 7). Everything else is deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

11. Processing outside the EU/EEA

Hostinger processes data in the EU. Cal.com may process data in the USA. Brevo stores newsletter data in France and Belgium; some of its sub-processors (Cloudflare, Zendesk and Omni, and Brevo's own support companies in the USA and India) may access it from the USA or India. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions, for the USA the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 44 ff. GDPR). Umami's servers are in the EU and the US; Umami stores neither your IP address nor anything else that identifies you. Ask us for the providers involved in your request.

12. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time for the future. For the newsletter, the link in every email is enough. Write to contact@pc113studio.no.

13. Complaints

You can complain to a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in Norway that is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no) or the Garante in Italy (garanteprivacy.it).

As of October 2026.
