Can you maintain a product you didn't build?
Yes. We take on existing products all the time. We start with a technical audit to understand the codebase, infrastructure, and any existing issues — then take it from there. We'll be upfront if something needs fixing before we can support it properly.
Who hosts the product — you or us?
We manage hosting on your behalf using cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel depending on your stack. You retain ownership of the infrastructure and accounts — we're the ones managing it, not locking you in.
What counts as a "fix" vs a new feature?
A fix is anything that restores intended functionality — bugs, broken integrations, display issues. A new feature is something that didn't exist before. We're clear about the distinction and won't bill hours on fixes as if they were feature work.
Do unused support hours roll over?
On Professional and Enterprise plans, unused hours roll over for up to one month. It's a buffer for quieter periods — not a use-it-or-lose-it arrangement.
How quickly do you respond?
Response times depend on your plan. Professional clients get same-day response on working days. Enterprise clients get priority response including evenings and weekends for critical issues. We define what "critical" means clearly upfront — not vaguely.
Can we cancel anytime?
Plans run on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to cancel. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. We'd rather earn your continued business than lock you in.
