How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A marketing website can be live in 4–6 weeks, while a custom platform or mobile app typically takes 3–6 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline during scoping, not an optimistic one.
What happens after launch?
We offer ongoing hosting, maintenance, and development support through retainer agreements. Many clients stay with us long-term. Which is exactly how we like it.
Startups or only established businesses?
Both. We've helped early stage startups get their MVP to market and helped established companies modernise legacy systems. The process adapts to where you are.
Do we need a technical person on our side?
Not at all. We work with non-technical founders and teams all the time. We translate the technical side into plain language so you can make informed decisions without needing a CS degree.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes. We regularly audit and take over existing codebases. We'll be honest about what we find. Including if something needs to be rebuilt rather than patched.
Can we cancel anytime?
Plans run on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to cancel. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. We'd rather earn your continued business than lock you in.
